We are issuing Student Invitation Letters for January – February 2019-20 academic year already. The Invitation Letter is the major document if you are going to study in Ukraine. It contains the applicant's full name, passport number, date of birth, the course/ name and the complete name of the University.
Prospective students who are interested in joining Ukraine universities for January – February 2019-20 academic year must send their documents to info@genesisglobalbd.com now. We'll issue and deliver the original Invitation letter from your chosen or recommended university within one week using DHL.
Invitation Letter (Bachelor/Master's/PhD)
To issue an invitation letter from University & Ministry of Education we require the following documents:

Accommodation
International students live in university hostels. There are various types of hostels. It is also possible to live in Ukrainian families or to rent a flat.
Currency
National currency is Hryvnia (UAH). 1 USD = 27.39 Hryvnia (01/01/2019) You can change foreign currency in banks, kiosks, in the international airport. In the airport, the currency rate is the same as in other places.Payment for purchasing and services is done in hryvnias.
Living Costs in Ukraine
In order to live comfortably while you are in all over Ukraine, the student will need to have about $USD1200 to US$ 1500 per year available for living costs, above the cost of your tuition. The cost of living is cheaper, lot more than other European cities. It is difficult to give a precise figure because of differences in the student lifestyle. We are giving approximate costs below
STATIONARY
The stationary needed for student costs very low For example a bundle of 1000 rough papers costs 5 US$. Pen, Pencils other products are too cheap.
BOOKS
The textbooks are provided by University Library.
CLOTHING
A good Jeans costs 10-20$US, Shirts cost 5-15$US, T-Shirts cost 5-12US$
FOOD
The food here in Ukraine is very cheap for example; in 2US$ the student can buy 4 Kg of POTATOES, or 4 KG of ONIONS or 3 liters of milk etc. Milk products are very cheap as well
TRAVEL IN THE CITY
The students' Travel Pass on Government Transport (Subway Trains, Electric Busses) is issued by Universities & costs only 5US$ in a month.
TRAVEL AROUND THE COUNTRY
The students are given a concession of 50% from the normal price of Ticket in Trains, Buses etc.
INTERNATIONAL TRAVEL
The International student Card is issued right after the students get Admission in University. The students with International Student card are given a concession of 30% from the normal price of Air Tickets.
Visa
Students from countries which require a visa or have signed an agreement on a visa-free period of up to 90 days (tourist, private and business travel) shall apply for a long stay visa (type D) to Ukraine, which allows you to stay in Ukraine longer than 90 days.
Citizens of countries with which Ukraine has signed a visa-free regime agreement (Georgia, Moldova, Belarus, Armenia, Azerbaijan, Uzbekistan, Russia) do not require a visa to Ukraine, but shall provide an original or photocopy of the “Invitation to study” when crossing the Ukrainian border to verify the purpose of their visit to Ukraine.
To obtain a long stay visa (type D), a prospective student shall submit a series of documents to the consulate or embassy of Ukraine in their respective country as indicated on the embassy’s website. Regardless of where you submit your documents, you will always be asked to include the original “Invitation to study”. We would like to stress that the documents from your previous education must be officially certified before submission to the consulate. This can be done one of two ways: legalised by the Ministry of Education and Science, Ministry of Foreign Affairs and the Embassy of Ukraine in your country or certified by Apostille stamp and legalized at the Embassy of Ukraine in your country. These documents must be officially recognized in Ukraine for a Ukrainian university to be able to issue your diploma certificate upon graduation.
All “Invitations to study” issued by universities undergo mandatory registration at the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine before being issued to applicants. Our Center performs such registrations on behalf of the Ministry and provides official confirmation of such registration to the Consulate of Ukraine in respective countries.
Getting Study Visa
After receiving the original Invitation Letter and visa support, students should contact the nearest Embassy of Ukraine and apply for Long-Term study visa (Type D) with the following documents:

Higher Secondary School certificate (For 1st year Bachelor Level students)(translated into the Ukrainian language)

Sponsorship Letter from the Parents/Person who is going to bear the expenses for the student during stay/ studying in Ukraine. (It is not a condition for all Nationalities)
Bank Statement (Least 3 months movement in the account and with balance covering at least first year's tuition fee and personal expenses)
